NOTICE FOR DEVELOPERS
Pre-App Meetings will be scheduled on Thursdays and developers will need to have contacted the Engineering Department/Planning Department to set up the meeting. The schedule needs to be set at least 24 hours in advance. Please have the following information provided in advance:- Address/Parcel number/exact location
- Use(s) or potential use if undecided
- Preliminary layout or access points minimum
GeoCivix Plans
All Planning, Engineering, Utilities, and the Building Inspection Plan Reviews will need to be digitally submitted on the GeoCivix Portal.

UTILITY AVAILABLILITY
Request for Water, Sewer and Gas Availability
The following items shall be included with a water and/or sewer availability request:
- Project Name, type and preliminary plan (if possible)
- Project location map with tax map, parcel number and existing zoning
- The plan shall include existing water and sewer lines near the site
- Anticipated sewage flows in Single Family Unit Equivalents SFUEs
- Anticipated water meter size, for the intended use
- Anticipated gas needs
