Historic Zoning Commission

The Historic Guidelines was developed with the idea of helping the citizens living in the historic districts have clear and concise guidance. Sections are divided for easier reference for residential and non-residential properties with guidelines for preservation and maintenance, repair and rehabilitation, and replacement.
