The Lebanon Senior Citizens Center does not collaborate with other agencies. If you are receivingservices from other agencies, it is your responsibility to inform the Lebanon Senior Citizens Center ofany services you are receiving. Services we would need to know about would be Homebound MealDelivery, Meals provided to you at a free or reduced rate, or if you are living in a facility that providesyour meals.
The Lebanon Senior Citizens Center does not share information with any other agencies,and we do not share your information with any businesses. The Classes we conduct are tohelp better inform you and keep you updated with any changes that may be beneficial toyou and your wellbeing. You can share your information with those should you choose,The Lebanon Senior Citizens Center will never give out your information. The LebanonSenior Citizen Center encourages each member to be mindful of Scams and Fraud such as,but not limited to: Telephone Scams, Financial Fraud, IRS Imposter Scams, CharityScams, Ticket Scams, Lottery and Sweepstakes Scams Pyramid Schemes, Tax-RelatedIdentity Theft, Census Related Fraud. If you have doubt of the authenticity of a phone callHANG UP! Scam and Fraud callers are becoming very cunning and can even have alegitimate phone number show up on your caller ID, again, if you have doubt of theauthenticity of a phone call HANG UP!
I understand that if I have a serious complaint about not receiving adequate service from the LebanonSenior Citizens Center, I have a right to complain to the proper authorities with no penalty to me
Member acknowledges that he/she will use the Lebanon Senior Citizens Center facilities at his/her ownrisk and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the LSCC and its officers and employees from any andall claims, demands and lawsuits, including attorney's fees
