2. YOU MUST BE AN EXISTING UTILITY & SANITATION CUSTOMER TO SIGN UP FOR THE RECYCLING PROGRAM

   The City of Lebanon is continuing to develop and encourage citizens to participate in the Voluntary Curbside Recycling Program.

   The City of Lebanon will provide each participating customer on 96-gallon recycle cart. Paper, plastic, metal cans, and broken-down cardboard -no glass, will be picked up by the City. Items should be placed loosely in the authorized cart. (Please do not bag.) Carts are to be placed curbside by 6:00 AM an removed by 7:00 PM on the designated collection day. Collection days are every other Monday and Tuesday depending on the customers’ address. Adjustments may be necessary around certain holidays. We will notify customers by email and/or website of any changes.

   All new recycling customers  will be charged a onetime nonrefundable $75.00 setup fee which includes issuance of the cart. The setup fee is added to the first bill. No fee is charged at the time of registration. There will be no monthly charge for recycling.

    

   Special services for elderly, handicapped, or disabled persons will be provided. Please notify the Sanitation department if you need assistance.

   If a customer chooses not to continue participating in the recycle program, they should notify the Sanitation Department at 615-444-0825 ext. 5133 and/or the Customer Service Department at customerservice@lebanontn.org

   Customer Agreement
   I agree to pay the City of Lebanon a one time $75 setup fee for services which will include the pickup of paper,plastic,metal cans, and broken-down cardboard -no glass- placed in the authorized recycling cart. I authorize the City of Lebanon to add the $75 setup fee to my monthly utility bill (water, sewer and /or gas) from the City of Lebanon
