The City of Lebanon for the new fiscal year budget for 2021-2022 has decided to accept request for donations. In the past certain entities were given a donation that was approved during the budget process. To open the process the City of Lebanon is taking request from non-profits and the City will decide how to distribute those funds.
To be considered the City of Lebanon will need the following items. They are:
- Status of your 501 c (3) and your Federal Identification Number
- Current audit report and or current budget
- How much you are requesting and the use of these funds
You can send these items by Friday September 3, 2021 to be considered. These items can be sent to the City of Lebanon with attention to Stuart Lawson or Sheri Featherston at 200 N. Castle Heights Ave. Lebanon, TN 37087.
