[ARCHIVED] Covid - 19 2nd Dose Assurance

It is our understanding that those who received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine prior to January 8, 2021 will be contacted by the health department to schedule their second dose appointment. These persons will be called by the health department’s regional office once their appointment is ready to be scheduled. From there, they will be given instructions to access a separate registration link, where they can schedule their 2nd dose.

Yesterday, we learned that on January 8, 2021, the health department began offering a QR code, which may be scanned on-site via smartphone and takes individuals to a website where they may schedule their 2nd dose appointments. Those who do not have access to a smart phone will still be contacted by the health department to schedule their 2nd dose.
