Effective February 1, 2019, ALL residential water/sewer customers will have a $1.00 charge added to the utility bill to be enrolled in the new Leak Protection Program, per Ordinance 18-5749, passed on December 4, 2018. Each residential customer will be automatically enrolled. This will be the only way residential water/sewer customers will be able to receive an adjustment in case of a water leak.
