Road Excavation Permit Fees

The standard street security deposit amount is $5,000 plus a $200 permit fee. An additional security deposit may be required depending on the location and scope of the work.  The $200 permit fee is not refundable.  

If the street is repaired satisfactorily by the applicant, then the security deposit amount is refunded. If the City of Lebanon is compelled to repair the street, the repair cost will be deducted from amount refunded.
