1) To amend the Future Land Use Plan of the City of Lebanon, Tennessee, by changing 6505 Hickory Ridge Road from FLH4 (Residential 4 Units Per Acre) to FLH8 (Residential 8 Units Per Acre) in Ward 4, by Paul Corder, Planning Director. (Request by 6505 HR LLC) (Approximately 25.5 acres; Tax Map 70, Parcel 69.02) (Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 7-1 at their May 24, 2022 meeting) (Reference Ordinance No. 22-6482)
2) Adopting a Plan of Services for the annexation at 6505 Hickory Ridge Road (Tax Map 70, Parcel 69.02), to be added to Ward 4, by Paul Corder, Planning Director.
