1.          Ordinance No. 21-6337, second reading, to authorize a budget amendment for the Police Department to hire an additional School Crossing Guard, by Mike Justice, Police Chief; Councilor Joey Carmack; Stuart Lawson, Commissioner of Finance and Revenue; and Sylvia Reichle, Human Resources Director. 

2.         Ordinance No. 21-6338, second reading, to authorize budget amendments for the Fire Department to fund one full time position, by Chris Dowell, Fire Chief, and Stuart Lawson, Commissioner of Finance and Revenue. 

3.         Ordinance No. 21-6339, second reading, to approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 200155, State Project No. 95LPLM-S3-106, PIN 128684.01 and to approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 190057, State Project No. 95LPLM-F1-093, PIN 128684.00, amending the agreements with the State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation for the construction of a sidewalk on the east side of 231 North from East Forrest Avenue to North Castle Heights Avenue and to approve the related budget amendments, by Jeff Baines, Commissioner of Public Services, and Stuart Lawson, Commissioner of Finance and Revenue. 

4.         Ordinance No. 21-6340, second reading, to authorize budget amendments for General Maintenance for work at 1523 Murfreesboro Road, by Lee Clark, General Services Administrator, and Stuart Lawson, Commissioner of Finance and Revenue. 

5.         Ordinance No. 21-6342, second reading, to acquire right-of-way for public road extension across Lea Family property to serve City of Lebanon property and for future economic development (Map 81.00, Parcel 122.02), by Jeff Baines, Commissioner of Public Services. 

6.         Ordinance No. 21-6343, second reading, to approve the release in full of all claims for property damage with Farmers’ Insurance, by Mary Jane Turnbull, Risk Manager. 

7.         Ordinance No. 21-6344, second reading, to approve the Barton Creek Sewer Interceptor Agreement with Suncrest Tennessee, LLC, by Margaret Washko, Utilities Director. 

8.         Ordinance No. 21-6345, second reading, to approve the Barton Creek Sewer Interceptor Agreement with Oldsmith Group, LLC, by Margaret Washko, Utilities Director. 

9.         Ordinance No. 21-6346, second reading, to approve a Water and Sewer Special Assessment for each new equivalent single-family unit utilized by residential, commercial, or industrial developments to meet the capacity requirements of the Barton’s Creek Watershed or any discharge to the Barton’s Creek Sewer Interceptor, by Margaret Washko, Utilities Director. 

10.       Ordinance No. 21-6347, second reading, to approve a budget amendment and Addendum No. 4 to the contract with Bush Construction Company, Inc., for Gas System Rehabilitation/Improvements, Project No. CL 17010, by Margaret Washko, Utilities Director, and Stuart Lawson, Commissioner of Finance and Revenue.
