PURPOSE:
1) To amend the Future Land Use Plan of the City of Lebanon, Tennessee, by changing 308, 310, 312 & 314 Carver Lane from RSM (Suburban Medium Density Residential) and RSL (Suburban Low Density Residential) to RHD (High Density Residential), by Paul Corder, Planning Director. 2) To amend the Official Zoning Atlas of the City of Lebanon , Tennessee, by changing 308, 310, 312 & 314 Carver Lane from RS20 (Low Density Residential District) to RM6 (High Density Residential District) in Ward 5, by Paul Corder, Planning Director.
