We offer a variety of Cybex brand weight machines that adjust to each individual’s body to give the best, most functional workout.

Free Weights
We have all the basic necessities that are needed for a free weight room. We offer a variety of benches (flat, incline, decline, adjustable), squat cage and a Smith machine, dumbbells up to 110 lbs., calf raise, cable/pulley system, and many other items that compliment a workout.
