1) To amend the Future Land Use Plan of City of Lebanon, Tennessee, by changing unaddressed Trousdale Ferry Pike and Bluebird Road (Tax Map 67, Parcels 40.37 & 48) from FLH2 (Residential 2 Units per acre) to FLH4 (Residential 4 units per acre) and FLH16 (Residential 16 units per acre) near Ward 2, by Paul Corder, Planning Director. (Request by Kimbel Mengelberg) (Planning Commission recommended denial by a vote of 9-0 at their February 28, 2023 meeting.) (Reference Ordinance No. 23-6695)
2) To amend the Official Zoning Atlas of the City of Lebanon, Tennessee, by requesting zoning approval of about 49.37 acres at unaddressed Trousdale Ferry Pike and Bluebird Road (Tax Map 67, Parcels 40.37 & 48) to RM6 (High Density Residential) & RD9 (Medium Density Residential) in Ward 2. (Requested by Kimbel Mengelberg) Planning Commission recommended denial by a vote of 9-0 at their February 28, 2023 meeting.) (Reference Ordinance No. 23-6696)
3) To amend the Official Zoning Atlas of the City of Lebanon, Tennessee, by changing 1930 W Old Murfreesboro Road from RR (Rural Residential) to RM6 (High Density Residential in the South Hartmann Overlay in Ward 3. (Requested by Tony and Pamela Adams) (Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 6-3 at their February 28, 2023 meeting.) (Reference Ordinance No. 23-6697)
4) To amend Title 14 Lebanon Zoning Code to rename Transient Habitation as Hotel/Motel and in Chapter 6 Commercial District Regulations Section 2 purpose of Commercial Districts Subdivision B CD (Commercial Downtown to add Hotel/Motel as a permitted use.) (Requested by Camille Burdine) (Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 9-0 at their February 28, 2023 meeting.) (Reference Ordinance No. 23-6698)
5) To amend Title 14 Lebanon Zoning Code Chapter 6 Commercial District regulations Section 2 purpose of Commercial Districts subsections A CN (Commercial Neighborhood and C CS (Commercial Service to add Residential Maximums and Commercial Minimums. (Requested by Staff) (Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 9-0 at their February 28, 2023 meeting.) (Ordinance No. 23-6699)
6) To annex property at unaddressed Trousdale Ferry Pike and Bluebird Road (Tax Map 67, Parcels 40.37 & 48), containing 49.37 acres in the records of the Wilson County Assessor of Property to be added to Ward 2. (Requested by Kimbel Mengelberg) (Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 9-0 at their February 28, 2023 meeting.) (Reference Resolution No. 23-2600)
7) To adopt a Plan of Services for the Annexation at unaddressed properties on Trousdale Ferry Pike and Bluebird Road (Tax Map 67, Parcels 40.37 and 48) to be added to Ward 2) (Requested by Kimbel Mengelberg) (Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 9-0 at their February 28, 2023 meeting.)
