The City of Lebanon Gas Department will be
conducting a short public safety telephone survey
the 13th through 21st of December to measure the
current level of knowledge in our community about
natural gas. If you should receive a call from
(615) 443-2807 on our behalf, please take a moment
to answer the survey questions as community
response is critical in improving the effectiveness
of our gas safety education programs. Your
