By now, many Tennesseans have heard about the COVID-19 Rent Relief program that will bring much needed assistance to tenants and landlords across our state. As a result, THDA's Rent Relief Call Center is now LIVE and available to help individuals with questions regarding the program, eligibility, needed documentation, etc.

UPCOMING NEWS: The THDA COVID-19 Rent Relief application portal will go live on Monday, March 1 at 8am.
**Tenants in Davidson, Knox, Rutherford, and Shelby County/Memphis will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for THDA funds and will need to contact their local government for more information on local rent relief programs.
