What we do
In arthritis water aerobics, we concentrate on moving and strengthening every joint in the body. We combine different variations of walking laps for full body involvement. The use of kickboards, noodles, and dumbbells creates a strengthening aspect to the muscles in addition to the resistance of the water.
You do not have to know how to swim.
You do not have to have arthritis. We help individuals get active whether they are healthy, have had joint replacements, back problems, etc.!
